Week End Precalculus

Calculus is the college or senior high school mathematics subject required for college or university studies in accounting, business, money matters, science, engineering and health.
Calculus employs at full strength earlier elements of high school mathematics, namely functions, trig, algebra (including polynomials), mathematical induction, more logic, geometry and exact arithmetic. |
Parents: I offer the most demanding mathematics instruction on the island because your son or daughter may take calculus one day, and I know what it requires.
Students will follow a mathematics program to review, verify or develop skills and concepts in
arithmetic, algebra and geometry etc
needed for calculus.
For motivation, we will tell students that they will be following the most demanding mathematics program on the island. But we will also pay them as without that many will not find the initial motivation or confidence to start.
Fees: $70 per session in my office paid by parents of a single student, or shared among parents of a group. Group instruction is recommended. Student pay is additional.
